2. What documents do I need to complete KYC?
You will need:
- PAN Card (mandatory)
- Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID (for address proof)
- Passport-size Photograph
- Bank Proof (Cancelled Cheque / Passbook Front Page)
3. How long does the KYC verification take?
Once you submit your KYC form and documents, our compliance team will verify them within 24–48 working hours. You will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation once approved.
4. Is my personal data safe?
Yes ✅. All KYC data is handled with end-to-end encryption, stored securely, and used only for compliance and advisory purposes. We never share your information with third parties.
5. Do I need to complete KYC again if I’m already KYC-verified with my broker or bank?
Yes. Even if you have completed KYC elsewhere, you will need to complete CityIndex’s internal KYC form as part of our advisory compliance process.
6. Can NRIs or Foreign Investors complete KYC?
Yes. NRIs and Foreign Investors can complete KYC with additional documents such as Passport copy, overseas address proof, and NRE/NRO bank account details. Our compliance team will guide you through the specific requirements.
7. What happens if my KYC is rejected?
If your KYC is rejected, we will share the reason (e.g., unclear documents, mismatched information). You can re-submit corrected documents for verification.
8. Do I need to update my KYC if my details change?
Yes. If you change your address, bank account, or any identification details, you must update your KYC with us to keep your account compliant and active.
9. Will I be able to access services before KYC approval?
No. Access to research reports, advisory calls, and investment recommendations will only be provided after successful KYC verification.
